Our specializations include individual, couples, and family therapy for ages 3+ for those experiencing relationship issues, depression, anxiety and stress, ADHD/ADD, grief/loss, trauma, identity/life transitions, career change, burn-out, and more.
Each treatment plan is unique. We don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Collaborating closely with each client, we address their unique needs and objectives. Our emphasis is on addressing the holistic well-being of each individual, couple, and family through a personalized approach that considers the mind-body connection and a relational approach in therapy.

Nutrition counseling provides personalized guidance and support to individuals in optimizing their nutritional intake and making healthier lifestyle choices. Registered dietitians use their expertise to assess an individual's dietary habits, health status, and specific needs related to mental health and mind-body connection.
We offer convenient appointments in-office or via telehealth from the comfort of your home.
