Free Anxiety Coping Skills Group for Young Adults

5-Week Virtual Group led by Alex Kelley

  • Over the course of this 5-week group, participants will connect and collaborate on topics such as:

    • Understanding social anxiety and generalized anxiety

    • Practical tools for managing anxiety symptoms and emotional regulation

    • Building confidence in social situations and everyday life

    • Strategies for coping with stress and uncertainty

    The group will include a mix of journaling, mindfulness practices, and somatic exercises—such as grounding techniques, gentle movement, and breathwork—to help participants develop both mental and body-based tools to manage anxiety in daily life. This group offers a supportive space where meaningful conversations happen, and connections are built through shared experiences and understanding.
