A note from Elizabeth —

I approach therapy with a holistic, empathetic, and relational approach, utilizing Polyvagal Theory. According to this theory, each client has the capacity to grow in a uniquely beautiful way through understanding the impact of trauma and relationships, the importance of co-regulation, and eventually self-regulation. It’s important to me to celebrate seemingly small victories as I walk with you, your child, or your family to becoming the best version of yourself. I aid clients to reach an optimal internal state where they are comfortable with who they are, where they have been, and look forward to where they are going.
