Behavior Breakthroughs: Parenting Workshop on April 5th

Is your child struggling with big feelings? Do you feel frustrated not knowing how to help your child with ADHD? Are you feeling overwhelmed with how to support your child during a meltdown? You're not alone.

At Atlanta Wellness Collective, we understand the challenges parents face when raising neurodiverse children. That’s why we’re excited to invite you to Behavior Breakthroughs: Parenting Workshop, a live/hybrid event designed to provide real-life tools and support for parents of elementary-aged neurodiverse children.

What You’ll Gain from This Workshop:

Define Neurodiversity: Gain a deeper understanding of neurodiverse conditions like ADHD, ADD, Autism, Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, and other learning differences.

Build a Community: Connect with like-minded parents in a supportive, nonjudgmental space. Our intentional coffee hour will provide an opportunity to share experiences and build relationships.

Understand Behavior: Learn the neuroscience behind meltdowns and how to meet your child where they are developmentally.

Tangible Resources: Receive a parent resource packet with frustration tolerance scripts, grounding techniques for sensory dysregulation, and attachment-based activities to use at home.
