A note from Anna —

I believe that growth and change are truly possible for you. The best way out of something is through it, and the best way through something is together. I seek to champion and support my clients as they transition through difficult seasons of life. Healing happens in the shelter of a supportive, encouraging and safe environment. It’s important that you feel comfortable with the counselor you choose! My hope is that we can work together to develop goals that lead to a happier and healthier you.
