Anna Gould enjoys working with individuals and couples experiencing a variety of concerns such as anxiety and self-doubt, people pleasing, relationship issues and conflict, parenting, marital distress, grief and loss, and massive life transitions. She has a specific passion for helping clients and families impacted by alcohol and drug addiction. She’s a proponent of 12-step programs and has seen the healing power of acknowledging and accepting what we cannot change or control, and taking action to change those things that we can.
Anna is passionate about the power of authenticity to help foster hope and healing for relationships. She’s certified as a “Prepare & Enrich” premarital facilitator and is currently completing advanced training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy - Levels 1 and 2. Both therapies offer structure and support when working with couples and families desiring stronger relationships.

A note from Anna —
I’ve found that our greatest pain often stems from the ways in which we seek to control, deny, or numb our personal experiences, rather than acknowledging and making space for them. I believe that acknowledging our hurts is essential to experiencing greater physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. I consider it a privilege to sit with you and hear your story.
